Overmonnow Family Centre 

Mole Group Utilities were tasked with installing a 63mm duct under the car park of a family centre for long-term clients Stoneleigh consultancy for a new fibre link  

Mole Group had some concerns regarding existing utilities on route so a GPR scan was undertaken before determining the location and depths of the utilities. Once identified, a strategic directional drilling route was determined but the lead driller was to be beneath anything existing and emerge in the desired location. The added installation of access chambers on either side meant that the ducting was ready for the fibre link to easily be installed without causing any further disruption to the depot.  

MGUL were able to install the ducting to the spec on time and within budget.
