At Mole, we place great importance on providing a work environment that is healthy and safe for all of our employees, customers and the communities within which we work. We have an excellent safety record in the industry, and aim to keep our accident rating as close to zero as possible.

Regular training of our operatives and managers is fundamental in ensuring the workforce understand their rights and responsibilities in respect of health and safety for themselves and others. We have a health and safety advisor who works across various sites to help develop health and safety skills and correct behaviour throughout the workforce.

Health and safety is of paramount importance to our management and is a key business objective. We a proud to be accredited by Constructionline, CHAS, and Acclaim and pledge to continue our high standards of safety. Mole works closely with our external Health and Safety consultant to ensure we are up to date and compliant with any changes. Operationally our Project Managers bring a wealth of experience in the manufacturing industry and provides detailed risk assessments and any site specific Health and Safety documents required.
