Eric Wright Civil Engineering Project A54 Winsford

We were approached by Eric Wright Civil Engineering to assist them with a project on the A54 in Winsford, Cheshire.

Our part of the project was to drill and install 9 MDPE ducts under the A59 for cables for BT and Seimens.

The junction is a busy crossroads and closing the road was not an option as this would cause major disruption and delays to traffic.

As our drill rigs are ideally suited to working within small, confined spaces thus making us an ideal choice to install the ducts.

After consultation with Eric Wrights, we were able to install just 7 ducts to complete the work to the specification required, on time and under budget.
