Smulders - Installation Using Directional Drilling

Mole Group Utilities were asked to attend for the installation of 550m of 180mm and some 125mm Gas pipe at the location of Smulders Projects UK

This consisted of multiple shots around an existing building and site, then a 60m run under a reinforced concrete slab and live cranes

The job was tough due to the stiffness of the ground meaning the team had to ream the bore a few times to enable to pipe to be pulled through.
