This returning customer contacted Mole Group Utilities, he had built a new house and needed a new watermain installed, and wanted us to complete this for him as he has had work done previously. 

The customer has already spoken with the waterboard and obtained all the correct specifications. Our team went out and surveyed and we provided a quote.  

The customer was happy to proceed, so we booked a date suitable for the customer and talked him through the process. The team were on site no longer than the day and completed everything we needed to do our side of the work. We provided him with the WIAPS certificate, so he could sent to the waterboard.  

The customer was really pleased with the team and the work. ‘’Steve and his team left the area very tidy, you would not know they had been, thank you! The office team were great, communicated well and was very efficient. Another job well done Mole!
