Drilling in Barnstaple, Using 4X Drill Rig

Barnstaple Drilling, Using 4X drill rig

Mole Utilities were contacted by client RA Dalton to complete the directional drilling works for a new pumped drain for a new development due to be built in the Barnstaple area.

The route consisted of crossing a busy dual carriageway, and a very built up, new, residential area.

Due to council restrictions, the works were split into two phases. Phase one was to cross the carriageway, on night shifts. Phase two was a few months later, crossing the residential area into the new demarcation chamber which was installed in conjunction with the works completed by Mole site team.
