Garden Utilities - Harrogate

Mole Group Utilities were contacted by OKS Construction for a solution, they need to get much-needed water and electricity across a beautifully presented garden in Harrogate. The spec was to use horizontal directional drilling to install 1no 38mm Single Phase Cable Duct across the lawn around 65m to the new construction greenhouse, whilst making a pitstop at the show-stopping silver birch trees to offer decorative lighting, with the ducting.

Mole Group Utilities managed to smoothly glide the drill through the soft clay soil and complete the work on time, on spec and within budget.

The client was so impressed with the drilling capabilities and has saved much time, materials and effort in resorting to a no-dig approach. The homeowner was also ecstatic and can move on with the home renovations!
