West Kirby - Burst Pipe Under House

The customer contacted Mole Utilities on behalf of his mum back in July 2022, who had a burst pipe under her house in West Kirby.   The water had been turned off on a really warm day , so the team went out to take a look and gave the options of what they could do.  

The customer decided to get a full waterpipe replacement, and the team were able to get it done the following day. They replaced 23m of 25mm pipe, from the footpath to the utility room in the property , and also installed an INSUduct outside riser box. The flow rate at the property was around 24lpm, with no leaks at all, after all the work was completed.  

The customers were really happy with how quickly we were able to help, and sort out the issue efficiently, and a WIAPS certificate was given for the works completed.
